At LuxNord Clothing, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.

Return Window You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Conditions

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and intact
• Original tags must still be attached
• Items showing signs of use will not be accepted

Return Fee A flat return shipping fee of €4.95 applies to all returns, deducted from your refund.
